Every candidate in our pipeline is reached through direct field sourcing in Addis Ababa and partner regions. We do not run open walk-in recruitment, and we do not charge candidates a placement fee at any stage of intake, a policy we verify in every screening interview rather than simply stating it in a brochure.
"Screened" means a candidate has cleared identity verification, a documented work-history check where one exists, and a suitability interview specific to the category they're entering, before medical clearance and training even begin. A candidate who discloses a prior fee paid to an informal recruiter upstream is removed from the pipeline at this stage, not flagged and carried forward.
