Post-Deployment Welfare Monitoring and Dispute Support

Post-Deployment Support | Adey Agency

Our responsibility does not end when a candidate clears immigration. Adey Agency runs welfare check-ins after deployment through a contact channel independent of the receiving household or employer, so a problem can surface somewhere other than the party it might involve.

"Support" here is a defined process, not an open-ended promise. Every partnership agreement specifies how a dispute raised by either the candidate or the receiving household gets handled, including replacement timelines, before the first batch ships, so neither side is negotiating terms under pressure after something has already gone wrong.

Check-ins are logged against the candidate's file, not treated as an informal phone call that leaves no trace. If a pattern shows up across multiple placements tied to the same receiving employer, that record is what lets us flag it to your agency before it becomes a recurring complaint rather than after.

What post-deployment support includes

  • Independent welfare check-ins on a schedule set in the partnership agreement, not only when a complaint is raised
  • A defined dispute-resolution process covering both candidate-raised and household-raised concerns
  • Replacement terms and timelines agreed in writing before deployment, not negotiated case by case
  • A documented record of any welfare or dispute issue, available to your agency's own compliance file on request
